Refund on fraudulent baggage charges.

Today I complained about my life and I being charged $120 for 7 kg overweight and received a receipt for $60. The staff member M****a was a rude woman with a hitler complex.

I used the chat link to submit my complaint and the response was we don't refund baggage charges. Here is a number for your complaint. We might do something in 10 days.

I flew Jetstar Bri >Mel 24/5 Fl Jq 561 when lovely young man weighed my luggage 9.5 kg indicating they are after the “shocks” and mine was fine. Great customer service. Return Fl 576 Melb >Bri had the rudest bunch of sour faced women who had a queue of very upset passengers, myself included, forced to pay $60 for extra couple Kgs weight to a extremely unfriendly lady dressed in the Red coat writing the receipts. I tried to explain I did not have an issue on my trip down but it was like she revelled in her money making venture to get as many as they could. Very poor customer service Jetstar and you have lost me. Never again... Virgin from now on !!!

I had a very similar situation with them..... very rude stuff and they charging $20 per overweight kg. Very poor customer service.... no more with them.
