SHAMBOLIC CHECK IN

Approximately fifty passengers were queued up, with only two slow check-ins working.
a third check-in operator arrived, and after lengthy gossip with her neighbouring check in started processing pax.
then the queue became farcical when they started processing pax from middle of queue.
So there we were stewing near the front of a queue going no where,
whilst ten metres behind us.....
FOUR ORANGE JACKETED STAFF LAZED AROUND 16 SELF CHECKIN BOOTHS,
WITH NEVER MORE THAN 2 CUSTOMERS!
Management, no, mismanagement, ineptitude, words fail me.....

Seems like every single jetstar check-in counters in every single airports are like this. It is ridiculous. They are the worst in efficiency. Only 3 counters open for a packed flight from Tokyo to GC. LOOOONG queue. Then they end up delaying the flight by 30 mins because of that. How dumb?

I got to my check in early

I got to my check in early 3hrs before my flight, the check in was open for other flights 4 staff sitting at the desks doing nothing. I try to check in for my flight sorry you will have to wait 50mins to check in, but your sitting here doing nothing wouldn't save a rush later no you must wait. So out of the check in line I go by the time they opened our check in there were 30 people waiting looking at staff who just sat there and did nothing. They are a very frustrating mob.
