Hello just thought I would post something about Scootair I booked a flight from Singapore to Sydney for $200, I have read the reviews they are so so. But how cool is this after you book your ticket you have 12hrs grace so If you make a small error or a big error you can correct it. Just because your a budget airline doesn't mean you can't be customer friendly most of the complaints Shitstar have its from people making minor mistakes. Check out Scootair they are tied in with Tiger and Singapore they fly 777's and have some great fares. And just for the record I work for Sodexo remote mine sites in the Tanami Desert not fot Scoot enjoy.

Thanks for that Dean. Obviously Scootair don't see their customers as a ready made ATM machine like Jetstar does. I will definitely give them a try next time. We need to support this kind of organisation rather that the crappy Jetstar who rub their hands in glee as soon as someone makes the smallest honest mistake.
