I fly from Bandung to Singapore by Air Asia QZ 361 on Nov 9 2014 and connecting flight to Phuket by Jetstar 3K 537 (PNR D8VC2M). Once i arrived at Changi Airport i went to Jetstar transfer desk and ask if i should get my luggage from Air Asia and re-checkin. The Jetstar lady said that they will take care the luggage and i can go straight to the gate. And when i arrived in Phuket airport, my luggage never arrived. Poor staff at Phuket Lost and Found. Speak poor english and have nothing to say but 'I dont know'.They said they will call and inform me but in fact i call them twice everyday and they still 'dont know'. It took 4 days without explanation. And one night i call them,yell at them and say really bad things about their management and calling their responsibility. Amazing, after all anger, 1 hour later they call me and tell me that they finally found my luggage, at Changi airport Singapore. It took 4 days for them to finally can explain to me that there's mistake and actually they have no agreement between Air Asia and Jetstar. So this is the fault of the lady at transfer desk in Changi Airport. They finally send my luggage to Bangkok on Nov 14.
Then, i fly back to Indonesia on 26 Nov 2014 from bangkok by Jetstar 3K 512 (Bangkok-Sing) and 3K 203( Sing-Jak) both with PNR: LCRLSG. This time my luggage arrived on time but broken on the wheel part. The wheel broken and tear the body part.
This is my first time fly return with Jetstar, and it may the last time. I sent complaint and feedback form today, we will see if they will respond to this.
