Jetstar do not have enough staff checking in passengers here in plenty of time before check in opened and still snails crawl faster terrible terrible customer service sore back never again

Just heard from my stranded
Just heard from my stranded son who waited in line to check in and missed the cut off by less than 5 mins due to slow processing. He joined the queue in plenty of time, being a teenager, he has little travel experience.. No help from staff and he has to now wait 5 hours for another flight.. and pay an additional $$$.. meaning he has also missed his connecting intercity bus to get home to the far north.. and will have to stay in Auckland overnight... had heard Jetstar was bad... now I know they are...
