What a bad name?

Hi, This is my very first International Holiday with my family as plan to go to Bangkok at 22/11/2011 and back to Singapore at 29/11/2011.

Now the Bangkok flood situations is very bad and will be flood over six weeks, now with my family mean with kids you expect me to bring my childrens that is less then 3 yrs old.

Almost every day i try to call them and did not give me any a good answer. Worst still they always need us to call them, and wrote to them and there is no answer from them.

Gosh, I am very sad and wish that they will at least let me to cancelled the ticket and refund or let me to change the date by not charging us. Now it is unfit to travel to Bangkok as i think whole world know that now even Vietnam is also flooded also.

You know it is seems in Singapore their office seems very secretive and do not want to let us to go there and now i also find out their office number that shown at the Business registration ( Singapore ) that shown does not want to talk to us. They call us to call those number that in the Jetstar Website, that is mean their communication is very bad, it is extremely hard to find them if there is any problem or dispute that we want to bring up. worst still they always like to push here and there!

Their system also not stable especially the booking side.

Encounter the same issue too.

Encounter the same issue too. Have request for an insurance claim letter from Jetstar and it takes them 4 weeks to process and mail to me. Till date I have not receive the letter from them.
Jetstar has the worst call centre and customer relations team which I have encounter ever. Aside on their agents, Jetstar seems to have a lousy process setup internally. If you read up in forums, there have been too many complaints on Jetstar and they cannot be bother to improve their service level.

Please lodge a complaint to Changi Airport @ 6595 6868 or qsm@caas.gov.sg. The officer will file a case and escalate to Jetstar. Reply will still comes from Jetstar though. Direct email contact, customer.relations@jetstarasia.com
