unable to contact Jetstar call centre

I wanted to buy check in luggage over the phone which I could not do online since I bought my ticket from flight centre. Long story short, I was on hold for over 22 min with Jetstar call centre which finally had to hand up. I had to pay $70 at the airport to but luggage only because of poor customer service of Jetstar would not take my call...I will never going to travel with them.
