Lost payment, cancelled booking and then sold tickets but still have the money

Despite insisting to Never fly with NoStar ever again after a series of cancelled flights, 11 hour waits stranded at airports and paying for seat allocations and not getting them and also no refunds. Under duress I booked with NoStar to the Sunshine Coast for the April School Holidays as they were the ONLY carrier with flights on the day I need to travel. I booked 4 tickets on the 1st Feb and paid for the tickets on that day. After 3 days, I noticed that the payment status was pending.
