Bundle (No change fee) ---Jet star charged me $40 pp !!!!

Be careful if you want to pay for plus bundle fare fee which is $50. I paid for this because it says No charge for date, time & name change ( Fare difference apply). I wanted to change the travelling date from one to another as they were same airfare. When I was doing this change online, error occurred and I couldn't complete the procedure. So I rang the Jetstar Customer Service and explained the web error. They charged me $40pp for CALL CENTER FEE. Now I think that Jet Star made this error deliberately......

Jetstar system Booked my flight in wrong direction has this happened to yo

From email friday cheap fares I no oked my regular flight to Melbourne from Newcastle only to discover I had been booked in the wrong direction. Was told by the useless phone staff that that was too bad and it would costme another $738 to change. They admitted it has happened before but won't compensate unless there are other complaints so has anyone else had this happen to them from Friday 11/10 sale page?

lost baggage- nil process

We have spent the day at the airport owing to lost luggage and the carnage of Jet Star service. I know that you are thinking it happens and get over it BUT in my previous experience with other Airlines there is SOME process when things go wrong.

Jet Star have no phone contact apart from the one that is based in Manila and rings out.Their online support is mocking and condescending to customers who are anxious NOT because something went wrong but because a company of stature and association might be involved in the pretence of service without a single deliverable.

I am very disappointed by the level of customer service shown at the Jetstar check-in counters at Perth T4 Domestic Terminal. On Monday night, my flight was scheduled to depart for Sydney at 10:45pm. Thanks Jetstar - 4 flights with you and everytime we have been delayed or cancelled. As a Qantas Platinum FF I wanted to use some of the points accrued for work travel to take the family on a holiday. Cashed them in for 4 tickets to Bali - somewhat cautious that it was on Jetstar but I must have forgotten the other flights and the hassles. But oh no, they came through again - super performance!

Plane swapping AKA lets disrupt maximum passengers possible

Arrived early at terminal & only one check in operating. Bit of a queue but no big deal. Advised flight delayed 1/2 hour . Again no bigdeal. We noted that Sydney flight delayed. Waited until 12.45 for boarding - still only half an hour behind . Then they swapped the Melbourne Plane for Sydney. She couldn't make it for the dates I booked after something came up so we decided to change the second flight to my boyfriend's name. Should be easy right? I had already paid for the two seats right? 30 hours before my flight, it was cancelled due to "engineering issues". So my 4.15pm flight became either 6.30pm or a 3pm BUT as the 3pm left from the International terminal at Sydney, I had to be there by 1pm. So no flights between 1pm and 6.30pm? A Customer Service Manager you do not want in your flight in case of an emergency

My husband and I paid for 2extra leg room seat (exit seats) for some comfort on a overnight flight from Bali to Sydney. As we boarded the plane, we realised we were on a standard economy seat (no leg room). It was then explained to us that the plane had 4 exit seats but 6 people had purchased the extra leg room seats and were on board. I made return bookings to New Zealand from Sydney and used the option to pay by bank transfer. The payment could not be found by Jetstar, the booking was cancelled leaving me with all bookings in NZ hanging. I had a flight cancelled after being delayed for a number of hours and recently submitted a claim for out of pocket expenses after ground staff assured me this would all be refunded. 2 months to get a credit for their mistake

Was charged the huge few of $140 to change flights to a different time. Accepted that but the person at the service desk charged our credit card twice. We pointed it out but told she couldn't do the credit there! Took 2 months to get our money back after may calls.

Delayed for 6 hours then cancelled causing me to miss flight to Europe

I recently planned a trip to Europe and noticed it was cheaper to book a ticket from Melbourne to Singapore, then a separate one from Singapore to Stockholm instead of direct from Melbourne (how I would pay dearly for this).

Anyway, I arrive on time at the airport and check in and am informed the flight is delayed one hour due to technical issues. I think this is fine since I have 8 hours in between my flight from Singapore. However, this was to repeat every hour for the next 7 hours until eventually my flight was cancelled. Summary of Problem:

I had booked a domestic flight Sydney to Melb. I was unknowingly on an international flight - Sydney to Melbourne. How on earth is that 'international'?. That meant $70 in baggage as I had more than 100ml of liquid in my backpack.

Flight Change

In February, I booked flights with Jetstar to go to Bali on September 29th 2013 and return on October 8th 2013 at 11.45am. However, due to the APEC Summit and airport closures our return flight has been rescheduled to October 10th 2013. I flew JQ442, ref ZBNBYW, on Aug 9. My guitar didn't arrive. Reported it to baggage svces. Young lady said we will keep you informed of its progress and delivery to your Surfers Hotel. Told her I had a 7pm performance - with that guitar. No calls came.

Jetstar denied my boarding but can't seem to explain why.

First, They denied my boarding and made me purchase tickets for the next day. They said I was late. I was not late. When I called, the reps told me they shouldn't have denied my boarding and recommended that I submit a complaint thru their website. For over a month now, I'm getting no response. Hi I'm flying with jetstar to Hawaii in October, I had a phone call the other day to say my flight had been delayed, I thought oh a few hours or so on my way back home. Phone booking gone wrong!

I am absolutely appaled by my recent Jetstar experience. Have traveled with Jetstar to Indonesia a few times and locally without any problems until now. I booked a one-way fare to Bali which was on sale. No problems. Try to book a flight back and have to pay in USD or indonesian rupiah. I booked our flights early in the year then my husband got a new job. Tried to change the flights by navigating the website. It kept coming up with an error notice and wouldn't let me do it. I therefore resorted to speaking to someone on the phone. She quoted mt $720 to change the flights. $300 of that was $75 each, each way on both flights. My girlfriend in South Africa recently went online to Quantas and booked me a return flight to Bangkok from Sydney. Unknown to me, the return flight was with Jetstar. We fly overseas numerous times a year and this has been my WORST experience. I cannot believe I was asked for $15 for a blanket on an international long haul flight. It may be a small amount but it's the principle involved. Free water in the toilet ?? There were no cups to drink it with.....
